Avid never intended to "drop" Mac from its operational lineupI disagree with that, when MicroSoft bought enough Avid's stocks to influence the Company's policy they did indeed try to pull this killer application off the Mac platform I was there and have seen it all: Avid's salespeople trying to push customers to buy PC based Avids because "the application is written for the PC and runs better on it", or "yes You can have it on a Mac but You'll have to wait for delivery longer than a PC" and such.
